Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order within 2 to 4 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or handed over to our logistics partner.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been packaged and dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details once the parcel is delivered.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate an order cancellation before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and registered contact details via:

• Customer Support Email: Contact our team directly through our website support page.
• WhatsApp / Phone Support: Message or call our customer service hotline for instant assistance.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Pre-paid Orders: If your cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a 100% full refund will be initiated back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
• Processing Time: Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellations by Yantra Siddhi

We reserve the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Stock Unavailability: If an item becomes unavailable due to unexpected inventory constraints and cannot be replaced.
• Payment/Fraud Verification: Unverified payment authorization or flagged security concerns.
• Address Errors: Incomplete or unserviceable delivery pin codes.

In any such case where we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
